Driving experience is preferred but not required, willing to train. A clean driving record is required. Must pass background check. Must be willing to get a medical card upon hire. Main duties will include servicing, cleaning, delivering, picking up restrooms daily and completing proper paperwork. Other duties will be assigned as needed. Must be able to climb, bend, or stand for an extended period of time. In addition, individuals must be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 75 pounds. Daily duties/job requirements include but are not limited to: Perform daily safety checks, pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working order. Complete reports for any defective equipment. Operating and maintaining company work vehicle on a daily basis while keeping the inside and outside vehicle clean and organized at all times. Refuel trucks, check and add fluids as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and maintenance procedures. Drive to disposal site to empty truck. Now Hiring Fleet Preparation Specialist (Second Shift) Rice, MN The Full-Time/Second Shift Fleet Preparation Specialist and is critical to our daily operations. This role will ensure our fleet of portable toilet pump trucks is fully serviced, stocked, and ready for our drivers to hit the road the following morning. Daily duties/job requirements include but are not limited to: Refuel trucks and perform basic end-of-shift dumping procedures. Thoroughly wash truck exteriors and ensure the fleet meets company cleanliness standards. Replenish trucks with all necessary supplies (chemicals, paper products, deodorizers, etc.) for the next day’s routes. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the yard. Trustworthiness and punctuality are non-negotiable; our morning success depends on your evening performance. Ability to lift, pull, and maneuver heavy hoses and equipment throughout shift. A valid Driver’s License is required.
