The Full-Time Route Technician Driver position requires a valid driver’s license.  Driving experience is preferred but not required, willing to train. A clean driving record is required. Must pass background check.  Must be willing to get a medical card upon hire. 

Main duties will include servicing, cleaning, delivering, picking up restrooms daily and completing proper paperwork.  Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Must be able to climb, bend, or stand for an extended period of time.  In addition, individuals must be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Daily duties/job requirements include but are not limited to:

• Perform daily safety checks, pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working order.

• Complete reports for any defective equipment.

• Operating and maintaining company work vehicle on a daily basis while keeping the inside and outside vehicle clean and organized at all times.

• Refuel trucks, check and add fluids as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and maintenance procedures.

• Drive to disposal site to empty truck.

• Ability to drive truck safely through residential streets, alleys, and other residence or business areas following all driving laws and using seat belt at all times.

Now Hiring Summer Shop Helper

The Seasonal Shop Helper position is a key part of our operations team, ensuring our portable restrooms are clean, prepped, and ready for rental.

Main duties will include washing and prepping restrooms daily, maintaining yard organization, loading equipment and attending to minor repairs of equipment.  Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Must be able to climb, bend, or stand for an extended period of time.  In addition, individuals must be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Daily duties/job requirements include but are not limited to:

• Washing & Prepping: Use power washers and cleaning agents to thoroughly sanitize, scrub, and restock portable restroom units (toilet paper, hand sanitizer, chemicals).

• Yard Maintenance: Keep our business grounds looking sharp by mowing grass, trimming, and organizing the yard layout.
• Equipment Loading: Assist in loading and unloading units from trailers and trucks for daily deliveries.
• Minor Repairs: Help with basic fixes like replacing restroom doors, latches, or vents.
• Misc Assistance: Provide general support to the shop manager, which may include cleaning service vehicles or organizing tool inventory.

• Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and show up on time.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in various Minnesota summer weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Pride in ensuring units are spotless for our customers.
• Driver’s License: A valid license is preferred for moving equipment within the yard.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently on tasks like yard work or unit cleaning.

Now Hiring Hydrovac Laborer

Rice, MN

The Full-Time Hydrovac Laborer position is ageneral labor position.  We are willing to train the right candidate.  Class A or B CDL preferred but not required.  Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license. Must be willing to obtain a valid medical card upon hire. 

Main duties will include safely operating the on-board hydro-vacuum system outside the truck and perform other duties such as clean up, mobilization, and general maintenance of the equipment.

Ability to climb, bend, sit, stoop, reach, stand, shovel, twist, and crawl repetitively.  Ability to work in all outdoor elements for an extended period of time, sometimes in extreme weather conditions.  In addition, individuals must be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Daily duties/job requirements include but are not limited to:

• Operate large equipment services and high pressure wand for excavation, vacuum system, and other tasks.
• Assist in the operation of sewer cleaning with Jet/Vac Trucks.
• Expose and excavate underground utilities following rules and regulations.
• Complete reports for any defective equipment.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with co-workers.  Must be able to work as a team to complete jobs safely and effectively.

Now Hiring Fleet Preparation Specialist (Second Shift)

The Full-Time/Second Shift Fleet Preparation Specialist and is critical to our daily operations. This role will ensure our fleet of portable toilet pump trucks is fully serviced, stocked, and ready for our drivers to hit the road the following morning.

Daily duties/job requirements include but are not limited to:

• Refuel trucks and perform basic end-of-shift dumping procedures.
• Thoroughly wash truck exteriors and ensure the fleet meets company cleanliness standards.
• Replenish trucks with all necessary supplies (chemicals, paper products, deodorizers, etc.) for the next day’s routes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the yard.
• Trustworthiness and punctuality are non-negotiable; our morning success depends on your evening performance.
• Ability to lift, pull, and maneuver heavy hoses and equipment throughout shift.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
